LANGTON LAS PARK DEVELOPMENT PETITION <br /> 15v,Mar,w98 <br /> We the undersigned request that any further action or panning on the Langton <br /> Lake Park be delayed until the surrounding homeowners can meet with the <br /> responsible parties and discuss various options and possibilities. <br /> While we realize there was a meeting held on March 4 (date Iw"e last minute), in <br /> our opinion it was a meeting where Bob Bierscheid and the park department <br /> informed us w1iat they wanted to accomplish. The plan they presented certainly had <br /> positive features but there was no time for the attendees to contemplate the pros and <br /> cons of that plan or to consider several different options that are available to our <br /> affected neighborhood. Financial data was not available at That meeting that could <br /> gready affect how best to develop the land.
