McCullough <br /> FEE: Proposal for Senior Housing Market Study <br /> This letter is to convey Health Planning & Management Resources, InG. s <br /> (HP&MIR) understanding of the study requirements, present the qualifications of <br /> HP complete AMR to the study requirements successfully, and provide the fees <br /> and expenses for completing the study. <br /> Scope of stun <br /> The following identifies the components of the study based on your <br /> requirements and HP I IR's approach to such studies. <br /> (4.1) Completion of detailed socio-demographic profile of the senior <br /> population in the Roseville community. This will include 1990 census <br /> data current year estimates (1997) and five year projections done in <br /> F <br /> i nificant detail using laritas, a nationally recognized on line <br /> s � � <br /> demographic service used by H P f ; longer range projections will be! <br /> developed based on data available from the State Planning Agency <br /> � of the income <br /> and the Metropolitan ounC11., which will lack some <br /> specificity specific7ity available on the Claritas system; however, working with City <br /> staff, we will make some income assumptions. <br /> (4.2) Breakdown of demand for senior housing in and around <br /> Roseville, which -ill include development of the primary market area <br /> (Roseville), and the dram area based on reasonable estimates from <br /> mark et data and conversations with existing housing projects in and <br /> near the Roseville area regarding the geographic area from which <br /> Roseville senior housing alternatives have drawn.occupants.
