pursuant to this agreement shall at all times he considered employees of the COUNTY for <br /> all purposes. The supervision of said personnel shall remain under the control of the <br /> Ramsey County Sheriff. <br /> 6. Except as otherwise provided, the CITY shell not he called upon to assure any liability <br /> for direct payment of any salaries, gages, tips, or other compensation to any COUNTY <br /> personnel performing services hereunder for said CITY, and the COUNTY hereby assumes <br /> said liabilities. <br /> 7. Except as otherwise specified, the CITY shall not he'liable for compensation or indemnity <br /> of any COUNTY employee for any injury or sickness arising out of their employment, and <br /> the COUNTY hereby agrees to hold harmless the CITY against any such claim. <br /> 8. The CITY, its officers and employees, shell not be deemed to assume any liability for the <br /> intentional or negligent acts of the COUNTY or the OUNTY's employees performing <br /> services R ursuant to this agreement, and the COUNTY shall hold the CITY, its officers and <br /> employees harmless from, and shall defend the CITY, its officers and employees, against, <br /> any claim for damages arising out of the COUNT 's performance of this agreement, to the <br /> limits of liability as set forth in Minn. Stat. Section 466.04. <br /> 9. The COUNTY, its officers and employees shall not be deemed to assume any liability for <br /> intentional or negligent acts of the CITY or of any officer, agent or employee thereof, and <br /> the CITY shall hold the COUNTY and its Officers and employees harmless from, and shall <br /> defend the COUNTY and its officers and employees against, any claim for damages arising <br /> out of the c ITY's performance of this agreement, to the limits of liability as set forth in Minn. <br /> stat. Section 466.04, <br /> 10. The Ramsey County Sherifrs Department shall hill the CITY the sum of $33.00 hourly in <br /> reimbursement for the cost of providing services under this agreement and such billings will <br /> take R lace at the end of the patrol season. Total billings for the 1 998 summer Patrol <br /> coverage mi 11 not exceed $1188.00 <br /> 11. It is understood that prosecutions for violations of ordinance or state statute, together <br /> with the disposition of all fines collected pursuant thereto, shall he in accordance with the <br /> Ramsey County Municipal court Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 488A. <br /> 12. The supplemental cove rage identified i n paragraph 3 shall be in addition to existing <br /> water covers atrol a now provided by the Ramsey County Sheriffs office. <br /> p � <br /> 13. Either party may terminate this agreement upon 30 days written notice to the other party <br /> t an time du ri r� the term of this agreement. The terra of this agreement will be May 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998. <br />
