<br /> 10 of the City Code by changing the Zoning Map designation of certain real
<br /> properties within the Roseville Commons plat from an R 1, Single Fancily
<br /> Residential to P D, Planned Unit Development, be adopted. Roll Call,Ayes:

<br /> Maschka proved, Mastel seconded, that the Planned Unit Development/
<br /> Subdivision Agreement be approved, and the Mayor and City Manager be
<br /> authorized to execute the document on behalf of the City, Roll Call, Ayes:

<br /> 1012.10(A) of the City Code of the City of Roseville to allow the placement of
<br /> con]nlunicatlon antennas on existing public utility structures and towers, be

<br /> Supply,1 , Inc. be accepted for $35,562.91 for the retrofit of Lift Station#7, LIFT STATION ohansey. Doll Call, dyes: Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and wall.Nags: Done.

<br /> K-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a grant from the MnReLeaf Community MNRELEAF
<br /> Planning Program for$5,000, with matching resources of$2,500 cash from the COMMUNITY
<br /> 1998 Park Improvement Program and $2,500 cash from the bound-up Program, PLANNING
<br /> be approved to aid in the reforestation of street trees in areas of the community PROGRAM that have suffered boulevard tree loss, as outlined In the Street Tree Master
<br /> Plan. The City will also contribute $4,000 of in kind service in the form of

<br /> larmin , coordination, inspection, and a three year maintenance program. Roll

<br /> K-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded,that continuation of the Roseville Rambler RAMBLER
<br /> Redesign Program for a second year be approved with a total budget of REDESIGN$34,000, including three matching design grants of$9,000 or 50 percent of the PROGRAM
<br /> cost of the design, whichever is less, and with a budget of$7,000 for program
<br /> administration stration and promotion/taping. The selection of the 1 998 grants will be
<br /> announced by the Mayor and City Council at the first regular City Council
