<br /> of the City to reimburse certain expenditures associated with the 1998 PMP 9522
<br /> from the proceeds of bonds to be issued by the City, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br /> intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue Nest.
<br /> 2. Approval of the final development plan for a Planned Unit Development
<br /> at Roseville Center.
<br /> 3. RezonX g of the property from SC, Shopping Center, and B1, Limited
<br /> Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development.
<br /> 4. Fp roval of the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement for the
<br /> P rojIeet and authorization for the Mayor and City Manager to execute the
<br /> document on behalf of the City.

<br /> Planned Unit Development for Mendota Homes, Inc. be approved subject to
<br /> the PUD standards/conditions of approval included in the Planed Unit
<br /> Development/Subdivision Agreement, and s-Fabj eet to execution of the Planned
<br /> Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
