EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the <br /> City of Roseville} county of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the city Hall on <br /> Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1 998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> The following members were present: , and the following were absent: <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR TAI EwOUT/ ELF.,sE VICE RESTAURANT (McDONALDIS) <br /> AT 2075 SNELLING AVENUE NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1005.05C of the Roseville City Code identifies take-out and <br /> self-service restaurants as a conditional use in a B3 General Business district; and <br /> WHEREAS, cDonald's corporation requested a conditional use permit to allow the <br /> construction and operation of a new take-outtself-service restaurant at 075 Snelling <br /> cons p <br /> Avenue North; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the <br /> n Wednesday, February 11, '1 998, and recommended approval of the requested <br /> request ]�� rY <br /> conditional use permit subject to conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville City council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation on Monday, February 2 : 1998; and <br /> 'WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council made the following findings: <br /> The redevelopment of the site as proposed will have a minimal impact on traffic in <br /> 1. p <br /> the area, as the use of the property will not be changing. <br /> proposed p. The ro osed redevelo meat of the property as proposed will not have an impact <br /> on p arks, streets and other public facilities. <br /> 3. The redevelopment of the property as proposed will be compatible with contiguous <br /> properties.
