8. Neither concrete crushing nor concrete batch mixing activities shall be undertake <br /> at the same time as tree and stump grinding activities on the site, nor at times when <br /> household hazardous waster collection activities are being conducted. <br /> 9. No work may begin on the site until interim use permit #3 is issued by the <br /> Community Development Director. Interim use permit#3 shall be reviewed annually <br /> in October, with the County being notified of the status of such review by January <br /> 1 of the following year. In conjunction with the review process, the County shat <br /> provide the Community Development Director with sound level measurements and <br /> dust counts from specific sites and during specific tunes as designated by the <br /> Community Development Director. The county shall also provide the Community <br /> Development Director with information on the volume of new, recycled, and fines <br /> materials moved onto the site, off the site, and used in hatch mix operations (in <br /> cubic yards). <br /> 10. All activity allowed under this interim use permit#3 shall be completed by December <br /> 311 2000. The interim use permit #3 may be revoked prior to this date for <br /> noncompliance w th the conditions. <br /> 11. The interim use permit shall be valid for the remainder of 1998, and must be <br /> renewed in 1 999 and 2000 for a period of one year. <br /> 12. The concrete fines must be hauled array from the site after each year's crushing <br /> and mixing operation. <br /> 13. Ramsey County must define the interim uses on the property as well as the ultimate <br /> use(s) of this property. The County shall submit a program and site plan identifying <br /> the existing uses and approved interim uses and the ultimate use of the property to <br /> the Community Development Director by October 1, 1998. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Council Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor; <br /> and the following voted against the same: 10 <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Resolution i Page 3 of 4 <br />
