City of Roseville, Community Development Department <br /> The City of Roseville will choose Option A, allowing all participating lenders to <br /> originate the City's MCPP loans. <br /> The City developed several programs under the Roseville Housing <br /> Improvement Plan in the last two years for the improvement of both the single <br /> family and multi-family housing stock. <br /> Roseville has a diverse housing stock with approximatley 64 percent of the <br /> single family homes over 40 to 50 years old. This critical age requires a <br /> reinvestment to continue to provide a marketable and stable housing stock. <br /> Several of Roseville's programs address the improvement of these homes. In <br /> addition,the Council supports programs that provide the fist time homebuyer <br /> an opportunity to purchase a home in Roseville. First time homebuyer <br /> programs are key to the success of providing a good mix of life cycle housing in <br /> the City of Roseville. <br /> Attached is a summary of the City of Roseville Housing Immprovement <br /> Programs.
