Com)rehensive Plan - The City of Roseville Comprehensive Plan <br /> developed a vision and goals for residential development and <br /> preservation which focuses on two key points: <br /> * encourage housing styles and housing costs which fit the life <br /> styles of all ages and <br /> • preserve existing neighborhoods to maintain and enhance <br /> single family homes. <br /> (Exert from Roseville Comprehensive Plan—Residential Vision and <br /> Goals—Attachment B) <br /> B. Borrower Income Limits—In order to target to the low and moderate- <br /> income families, the City of Roseville would use the maximum <br /> income limit provided under the MCPP of$4$,640 for a four(4) <br /> person family. <br /> C. Home Purchase Price Limits'The City of Roseville would Limit the <br /> home purchase price at the maximum allowable under the MCPP of <br /> $95,400 for an existing or new home. <br /> D. Target Population_ s—The City of Roseville will not target any <br /> special population group but market the MCPP to anyone who meets <br /> the income and purchase price criteria. <br /> E. Target Areas in the CCity—The City of Roseville will target homes in <br /> the City that are more than 30 years of age. These target areas are <br /> identified in the attached map. (Attachment C) <br /> F, Optional Program Enhancements—The City of Roseville may be <br /> willing to provide financial assistance to a homebuyer for necessary <br /> improvements to the home through an interim city loan which would <br /> be rolled over into the permanent financing of the MCCP loan. The <br /> sales price of the home plus the rehab funds will be below the <br /> maximum purchase price limit of$95,000 under the MCCP. The City <br /> will work with local lenders on this program enhancement. <br /> 3 <br />
