EXTRACT ACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of <br /> RO EVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> HELD: February 23, 1998 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Full in said City on <br /> Monday, the 23rd day of February, 1998, at 6 :30 P t M. , for the <br /> purpose, in part, of considering bids for, and awarding the sale <br /> of, 13, 2 8 0, o 0 0 General Obligation Tax Increment Refunding Bonds, <br /> Series 1998 of the City <br /> The following members were present <br /> and the following were absent : <br /> The Manager presented affidavits showing publication of <br /> notice of call for bids on $13, 280, 000 General Obligation Tax <br /> Increment Refunding Bonds, Series 1998 of the City, for which <br /> bids were to be opened and tabulated this same day, in accordance <br /> with the resolution adopted by the City Council on January 26, <br /> 1998 . The affidavits were examined, were found to comply with <br /> the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were <br /> approved and ordered p l a c e d on f i l e <br /> The following bids were opened and tabulated at 12 : 00 <br /> Noon, Central Time, at the City Hall in the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, in the presence of the City Manager, or his designee, <br /> on this Same day: <br /> Bidder Interest bate True Interest Cost <br /> 906107.01 <br />
