If the project as ordered/requested costs more than the standard construction, then Xcel Energy regards it as a special facility. The estimated excess expenditures are determined by subtracting the cost of the project using standard methods from the cost of the project as requested: Estimate of cost of ordered/requested project: $3 10500.00 Estimate of cost of project using standard construction: 659000.00 Estimated Excess Expenditures: $2459500.00 Standard facility in this circumstance is overhead to overhead line relocation. Additional comments: If the landowners involved do not cooperate or if the City of Roseville requests changes to the assumptions this estimate is based on, a new estimate will have to be produced based on the new project scope.
