(Applicable to contracts over S 100,000) CLIENT has received a certificate of <br /> compliance from the Commissioner of Human Rights pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 363.073. It is <br /> hereby agreed between the parties that Minnesota Statutes, Section 363.073 is incorporated into this contract <br /> by reference. <br /> 10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. CLIENT agrees that it will comply with all applicable federal and state laws <br /> and regulations, rules and local ordinances in performance of its duties and responsibilities under this <br /> contract. <br /> 11. JURISDICTION AND VENUE. This contract, and amendments and supplements thereto, shall be <br /> governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Venue for all legal proceedings arising out of this contract, <br /> or breach thereof, shall be in the state or federal court with competent jurisdiction in Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota. <br />
