6.2 Provide direction to staff on the content of the Planned Unit Development/ <br /> Subdivision Agreement, including treatment of the deferred assessment for this <br /> project ($37,259.39 for city Project W77-14), the need to connect to City of <br /> Roseville grater, the need for installation of sidewalk, and the need for dedication <br /> of additional right-of-way for Lexington Avenue (10 feet). <br /> 6.3 Continue action on the following requests to provide additional time for preparation <br /> of the final Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement: <br /> 1. Approval of the final plat for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the <br /> intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West. <br /> 2. Approval of the final development plan for a planned unit development on the <br /> above-referenced property (Roseville Center). <br /> 3. Rezoning of the property from SC, Shopping Center, and 131, Limited <br /> Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development. <br /> 4.
