The standards listed herein <br /> have been adopted as a portion of Ordinance ##�* <br /> 2.0 Request for Planned Unit Development and Plat Approval <br /> The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a Manned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> (PF#2963) consisting of an existing 75,000 square foot multi-tenant retail center (Lot ), <br /> a free-standing 2,150 square foot restaurant on the site formerly occupied by Fina <br /> Petroleum Lot 1), and a building pad for a future tenant on the site formerly occupied by <br /> Margolis Nurse Lot . In conjunction with the PU D, the DEVELOPER has also asked <br /> the CITY to approve the plat for Roseville Center, a three-lot subdivision of the total 6.35 <br /> acres.
