<br /> H-1 Wiski moved, Maschka.seconded, that the 1 997 Comprehensive Plan revisions 1997 COMP.
<br /> be affirmed and officially included in the Plan, noting their inclusion in the PLAN
<br /> addenda sheet at the beginning of the Plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, REVISIONS
<br /> Wiski, and wall. Nays: None.
<br /> IMP LAND USE
<br /> ;1,,,,,;1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9517, approving a RESOLUTION
<br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of a new take-
<br /> out self-service restaurant(Arby's/Sbarro) at 2105 Snelling Avenue North, be
<br /> adopted based on C-he findings outlined in Section 3.1 of the Request For
<br /> Council Action dated 1/26/98, with I 1 conditions outlined in Section 4.1
<br /> of that report.
<br /> Wiski amended the notion to modify Condition No. 6 by leaving the crossed
<br /> out wordage in the condition. Motion died for lack of a second.

<br /> Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and wall. Nays: bone.
<br /> I-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded,that Ordinance 1195, Patricia Halverson ORDINANCE
<br /> (NIPS, Inca request for rezoning of a .54 acre parcel from B-3 General
<br /> Business District to R-3A, three to twenty-four Family Residential District,
<br /> be adopted. boll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br /> I-4 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Bradley Deal Estate, Inc. request for BRADLEY
<br /> approval of a Concept Development Plan and preliminary plat for a Planned REAL ESTATE,
<br /> Unit Development at 115 9 Larpenteur Avenue - Roseville Center, be approved.
