<br /> F-2 Mmtel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Park Improvement Program (PIP) PIP
<br /> for 1998 be approved, with monies to be taken from the $250,000 appropriated
<br /> in the 1 998 Budget for the Park Improvement Program, Roll Call, Ayes:
<br /> Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and wall. Nays: None.
<br /> F-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that B onestroo, Rosene and Anderlik be EXPANSION
<br /> authorized to complete plans and specifications for the Skating Center SKATING
<br /> Expansion project as proposed. Roll Call, Ayes- Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. CENTER
<br /> Nays: Wiski.
<br /> Mayor wall excused Council Member Mastei from the meeting
<br /> at 11:00 p.m.
<br /> F-4 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the bid for the purchase of a ladder LADDER
<br /> truck be awarded to Pierce Manufacturing in the amount of$528,916, to be TRUCK
<br /> taken from the Egaipment Replacement Fund, noting it is in the Capital
<br /> Improvement Budget at$550,000. boll Call, Ayes, Maschka, Wiski, and wall.

<br /> J. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br /> J-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance ;1196, amending Section ORDINANCE
<br /> 10 12.1 O(A) of the City Code of the City of Roseville to allow the placement of
<br /> cornmunicatlon antennas on existing public utility structures and towers, be
<br /> adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, and wall. Days: None.
<br /> J-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that an ordinance adding Chapter 707 to
<br /> the Roseville City Code to administer and regulate the public right-of-way in ORDINANCE
<br /> the public interest, and to provide for the issuance and regulation of right-of-
<br /> way permits be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br /> February 23, 1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, and wall. Mays: None.
