5,0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> 5.1 On December 1 OF 1 997, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br /> concept development plan for this project. On January 14, 1998, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat for Roseville Commons. <br /> 6,0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTIQN <br /> 6.1 Hold the required public hearing on final plat. It is also the Council's policy to accept <br /> public comment as time permits. <br /> 6.2 By motion, approve the final plat for Roseville Commons, subject to the subdivision <br /> standards included in the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement. <br /> 6.3 By motion, approve the final development plan for the planned unit development, <br /> subject to the PUO standards/conditions of approval included in the Planned Unit <br /> Development/Subdivision Agreement, including any other Treasonable conditions the <br /> City Council may add, and subject to execution of the Planned Unit Development/ <br /> Subdivision Agreement. <br /> 6.4 By ordinance, ;approve the rezoning of the property from R1, single Family <br /> Residential, to PUD, Planned Unit Development. <br /> 6.5 By motion, approve the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement and <br /> authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the document on behalf of the <br /> city. <br /> Attachments: location map; notification map (with zoning and comprehensive plan designations)- notice of <br /> public hearing (sent to all properties within 350 feet of property, plus additional area north of County Road C2 <br /> and within the city of St Anthony); ordinance rezoning property; planned unit development/subdivision <br /> agreement. <br /> 60-day Time Limit: application submitted on November 10, 1997; application accepted as complete on <br /> November 19, 1 997; decision deadline is March 9, 1 998 (extended by City Council on 1 2108/97). <br /> Prepared by: Kim L.
