Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br /> Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning code of <br /> the City of Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF2891) with due <br /> notice on February 9, 1 998, the following property is hereby rezoned from R1, Single <br /> Family Residential, to PUD,Planned Unit Development: <br /> The plat of Roseville Commons, also legally described as that part of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter located Northwesterly of <br /> Highway 88, except the West 330.4 feet thereof, in Section 5, Township 29, <br /> Flange 23 (PIN 052923320081). <br /> Section 2, Planned Unit DeveloprnentlSubdivieion Agreement # The <br /> Planned Unit Development standards/conditions of approval adopted for this property shall <br /> be in addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> Section 3, Effective Date.
