CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTISUBDIVISION AGREEMENT# <br /> AGREEMENT, dated , 1998, between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota <br /> municipal corporation (herein referred to as "CITY"), and Mendota Hermes, Inc., a <br /> Minnesota corporation (herein referred to as "DEVELOPER"). <br /> 1,0 Effective Date of Agreement <br /> This agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: 1) passage and <br /> publication of Ordinance # (Rezoning of Property to PUD); ) execution of this <br /> agreement by the CITY, and ) recording of the final plat and this agreement with Ramsey <br /> County. <br /> The standards fisted herein have been adopted as a portion of Ordinance � <br /> 2.0 Request for Planned Unit Development and Plat Approval <br /> The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> (PF#2891) consisting of a three-story 30 unit condominium building on. 2.8 acres. In <br /> conjunction with the PUD, the DEVELOPER has also asked the CITY to approve the plat <br /> for Roseville Commons, a one-lot subdivision. The subject property is generally located <br /> south of County Road C2 and northwest of Highway 88, and is legally described as follows: <br /> The plat of Roseville Commons, also legally described as that part of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter located Northwesterly of <br /> Highway 88, except the West 330.4 feet thereof, 'in ection 5, Township 29, <br /> Flange 23 (PIN 052923320081). <br /> 3.0 Planned Unit Development and Plat Approval <br /> The CITY hereby grants approval of the final development plan for Roseville Commons <br /> Planned Unit Development, subject to the DEVELOPER's compliance with the terms and <br /> conditions of this agreement. The CITY also grants approval of the plat for Roseville <br /> Commons. The CITY agrees to approve applications for building permits, provided that <br /> said p lans are consistent with the exhibits which were approved at the concept and final <br /> stage of the Planned Unit Development process, and all of the standards and conditions <br /> of this agreement have been satisfied. <br /> PUD/Subdivision Agreement#(Mendota Homes, Inc.)- Page 1 of 10 <br />
