Roseville Center (PF#2963). <br /> 1.0 REQUESTED A.GTI <br /> , <br /> Bradley 1.1 <br /> Real Estate Inc. is requesting approval of a concept development plan and <br /> p plat lat for a planned unit development at 1159 Larpenteur Avenue <br /> (Roseville Center). <br /> 1.2 A planned unit development is a zoning district which may include single or mixed <br /> one or more lots or parcels, and is intended to create a more flexible, creative <br /> uses, p <br /> and efficient approach to the use of land.
