EXTRA C T OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Roseville County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br /> Monday, the 26th day of January, 1998, at 630 P.I . <br /> The following members were present: and the following members were <br /> absent. . <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moored its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO, <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WITHDRAWAL <br /> OF AN APPLICATION FOR A COMPREHENSIVE ELAN AMENDMENT <br /> BY EVEREST DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> (HANILINE AVENUE PROPERTIES) <br /> WHEREAS, Everest Development$ Ltd., on behalf of its affiliate, Hamline Avenue <br /> Properties, � requested uested an amendment to the City Comprehensive Plan to change the <br /> � <br /> esi nation of seven parcels of land (addressed as 18, 2234, 2236, and 2240 <br /> land used � � <br /> � <br /> Hamline Avenue from Medium Density Residential (MR) to Limited Business (LB); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Planning Commission, after due notice, held a public hearing <br /> on this request on Wednesday,, January +14, 1998, and after said public hearing and <br /> adopted a recommendation that said request be denied, based on the findings <br /> discussion, p � <br /> outlined �1 <br /> in Section . of the Request for Planning Commission action- and <br /> WHEREAS,B i Council action on the request was scheduled for the January 26, <br /> 1998, City Council meeting; and <br /> Everest Development, Ltd. submitted a letter dated January �1 , 1998, <br /> WHEREAS, � <br /> withdrawing its request for an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan and asking <br /> �i <br /> that the application be removed from the January 26, 1998, City Council agenda; and <br /> WHEREAS, all publicized and distributed notices of public hearing for this request <br /> � City that ouncil action on the request was scheduled for January 26, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, it the policy of the City Council to take official action on the withdrawal <br /> of applications for land use action. <br /> Resolution�- Page 1 of 2 <br />
