Bradley Rea I Estate and Border Foods 'In addressing the concerns raised by staff <br /> and the Planning Commission, the hours of operation for Taco Pell (gam to am), <br /> the impact of the hours of operation of Taco Bell on the adjacent residential <br /> properties (minimal), the deferred assessment for City Project V1 7-14($37,259.39), <br /> the dedication of additional right-of-way for Lexington Avenue, and the installation <br /> of sidewalks. <br /> 6.3 The Planning Commission recommended approval of a concept development plan <br /> and preliminary plat for a planned unit development at 1159 Larpenteur Avenue <br /> (Roseville Center), based on the findings in section 3.1 of this report (7-0). As part <br /> of the motion f the Planning Commission also recommended that the City Council <br /> modify its p of icies to eliminate the payment of the deferred assessment for this <br /> p ro' (as the site is already seared by water from st.
