<br /> ranges for Management/Administrative positions by 3 percent, and increasing
<br /> the flexible benefit program to 3 10 (family) and $180 (single), be adopted.

<br /> E-8 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded,that the Mayor and City Manager he 1998 PAY
<br /> authorized to sign the 1998 Pay Equity Report, indicating approval of the City EQUITY
<br /> Council. Roll Call,Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and wall. REPORT
<br /> Nays:Done.
<br /> F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDA'rIONS
<br /> Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9509, removing deferred RESOLUTION
<br /> assessment SS-84-045 Auditor No. 5478, in the amount of$8,390.28 from PIN 9509
<br /> 14-29-23-24-0016, fcnnally PIN 79-01400-010-38, to clear the title for the
<br /> recently acquired Ferman Zuettel property for park use, he adopted. Roll Call,
<br /> Ayes: Mastel,Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and 'mall. Nays: None.
<br /> F-2 Wiski moved,Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and authorized City officials WATERWORKS
<br /> he authorized to enter into an agreement with Ramsey County for the purpose PROPERTY
<br /> of accepting $250,000 from Ramsey County towards the purchase of the
<br /> Waterworks property with the following amendments: that the exhibits be past
<br /> of the agreement;the word`{any"he deleted from the second paragraph of
<br /> Section 6; the word `suites"under Section 7 he changed to "suits"; and deleting
<br /> the second paragraph of Section 10. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br /> oedeke, Wiski, and wall. Nays:None.
<br /> Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded,that staff he directed to continue a working
<br /> relationship with the County to develop a Master Policy for Assessments
<br /> relating to County park land in the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastei, Maschka,
<br /> oedeke, Wiski, and wall. Nays:bone.
<br /> Council decided to move to Item G, RECOGNITIONS, at this time and AGENDA
<br /> move items F-3 and F-4 to become -1 and K-2 respectively, under K. CHANGE
<br /> Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary).
<br /> G. RECOGNITIONS
<br /> G-1 Bob Biersc�Leid, Parks and Recreation Director, introduced Representative MIGHTY
<br /> Mindy G roiling who was present, and Council thanked the Roseville legislators,,DUCKS GRANT
<br /> Senator John Marty and Representatives Mindy Greiling and Mary Jo McGuire,
<br /> who were supportive of the proposal that allowed Roseville to receive a Mighty
<br /> Ducks Grant in the amount of$50,000 for renovation of the Arena locker rooms
<br /> for female athletes.
