Council thanked the <br /> Midway Speedskating Club for their significant contributions to the City of <br /> Roseville. <br /> 1, LAND USE <br /> wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that resolution 95 10, Frederick Chute's RESOLUTION <br /> request for a variance to reduce the side yard setback to four feet and the rear 9510 <br /> yard setback to three feet for the purpose of constructing an attached two car <br /> garage at 2416 Lexington Avenue North, be adopted based on the findings <br /> outlined in Section 3.1 of a report to the City Council dated January 1 , 1998. <br /> Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, wiski, and wall. bays: None. <br /> The Council took a 10 minute recess during the discussion of Item I- . <br /> 1-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Mendota Homes, Inc. request for a MENDOTA <br /> Concept Plan for Phase 1 of a Residential Planned Unit Development at the INC. <br /> intersection of County load C-2 and State Highway be approved based on <br /> the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of a report to the City Council dated <br /> January 12, 1998, and the proposed development of the site. boll Call,dyes: <br /> Mastel,Maschka, Goedeke, wis i. and wall. bays:None. <br /> 1.3 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9511, approving Patricia RESOLUTION <br /> Halverson(NIPS,Inca request for a Comprehensive plan amendment to 9511 <br /> change the designation of the west .54 acre of the parcel located at 2075 <br /> nellin g Avenue North from Business to High Density residential, subject <br /> to Metropolitan Council review and comment,be adopted. roll Call, Ayes: <br /> Mastel,Maschka, Goedeke, wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded,that Council rear the minor subdivision <br /> of the property at 2075 Snelling Avenue North, approved by the City Council <br /> on September 8, 1997,with the following provisions: <br /> 1. A 20 foot wide private utility easement for water service must be dedicated <br /> to the appropriate location within the .54 acre parcel being transferred* <br /> 2. A 20 foot wide access easement for public safety protection must be <br /> dedicated through the McDonald's parking lot in a location approved by the <br /> city. <br /> Doll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall.
