The proposed plans comply with the policy of leveraging significant non-city resources and have involved significant citizen involvement in the planning process. FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS This specific Council Action Request involves only the cost of architectural fees to prepare plans and specifications for bidding. The proposed project is- Project Costs Including Fees: $210001000 State Grants (2) 5501000 User Group Contributions (estimated) 200,000 Infrastructure Bond 1: 5o,000 Enclosed is a copy of the proposed operational budget for the new spaces.
