Assuming the Commission and the Council arrive at a decision <br /> A <br /> re early-mid 1998, a review will take place as park of the 1998 Metro Council <br /> Mandatory Planning Process. <br /> 12. A new TI F Map now illustrates TI F##15 (Allen). This should be added to the <br /> implementation section, along with the TiF #15 redevelopment plan (3/97) by <br /> reference - it is consistent with the plan for Tower Place. <br /> 13. Twin Lakes Parkway realignment within the Twin Lakes Plan. In 1997: a <br /> review of the land use, environmental and traffic impacts was completed prior <br /> to hold hearings on an amendment to move the designated route for future <br /> Twin Lakes Parkway approximately Boo feet south. The Commission and <br /> Council approved this realignment (6/97) and it is now being prepared for <br /> review by the !Metro Council. A review will tape place as part of the 1998 Metro <br /> Council Mandatory Planning Process. <br /> 14.
