Pathways Network Master Plan - a new plan and map(s) has been produced which indicates on and off-road pathways. The Pathways Committee has completed its report, the Commission and Council approved it. The report was adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan, Parks Chapter. 7. Parks and Open Space Infrastructure Plan. The Io frastnucture Committee has completed its report (9/97) and the Commission and Council approved it. The report was adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan, Parks Chapter. 8. Livable Comm u nines Program 1 997-8. Housing Goals were adopted by the City Council and approved by the Met. Council (11/97). These goals are attached and should be adopted as a park of the Comprehensive Plan, Housing chapter. 9. cornerstones Plan. While the map and report was completed indicating that there were 29 potential intemections for this neighborhood redesign effort} the architectural design concepts and the design guidelines were not completed. Only the map and the repoil can be added to the plan at this time (1997). 10. The Tower Place Business Area Plan - a subsection of section 7. This plan has been approved by the City but not the Metro Council, which will have that opportunity as park of the 1998 Mandatory Planning Process. 2
