Comprehensive Plan Proposed Land Use Map - illustrating all future land use <br /> designations based on city approvals to January 1, 1998, including a <br /> spreadsheet breakdown of each designation by area and percent of total city <br /> land area. <br /> 5. Zoning Map - illustrating all land use zoning designations based on City <br /> approvals to January 1, 1998, including a spreadsheet breakdown of each <br /> designation by area and percent of total city land area. <br /> 6. Pathways Network Master Plan - a new plan and map(s) has been produced <br /> which indicates on and off-road pathways. The Pathways Committee has <br /> completed its report, the Commission and Council approved it. The report was <br /> adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan, Parks Chapter. <br /> 7. Parks and Open Space Infrastructure Plan. The Io frastnucture Committee has <br /> completed its report (9/97) and the Commission and Council approved it. The <br /> report was adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan, Parks <br /> Chapter. <br /> 8. Livable Comm u nines Program 1 997-8. Housing Goals were adopted by the <br /> City Council and approved by the Met. Council (11/97). These goals are <br /> attached and should be adopted as a park of the Comprehensive Plan, <br /> Housing chapter. <br /> 9. cornerstones Plan. While the map and report was completed indicating that <br /> there were 29 potential intemections for this neighborhood redesign effort} the <br /> architectural design concepts and the design guidelines were not completed. <br /> Only the map and the repoil can be added to the plan at this time (1997). <br /> 10. The Tower Place Business Area Plan - a subsection of section 7. This plan <br /> has been approved by the City but not the Metro Council, which will have that <br /> opportunity as park of the 1998 Mandatory Planning Process. <br /> 2 <br />
