The placement of telecommunication antennas on existing public utility <br /> structures and towers will have a minimal visual impact; therefore, such <br /> Brit is an appropriate perrn itted use in all zoning districts with <br /> placement <br /> administrative review. <br /> 5. The proposed City Code amendment is 'in harmony with the general purpose <br /> of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code <br /> and intent p <br /> (Zoning), <br /> 6.
