Ordinance No. 911, Article I I, Section 4, Franchise Terri} is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows. <br /> Section 4. Eranghise Term <br /> This Franchise shall commence upon the affective data of the regular <br /> certificate of confirmation issued by the Board and shall expire on April 20, 1998. <br /> SECTION 2.
