Member Harms stated that her reasons for the negative vote were the same as Member Rhody's. M i -fit Roseville Good Samaritan Center request for a variance of the zoning ordinance at 1415 west Count} Road B to allow the construction of an addition to the existing facility. Chairman Keith wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Michael Falk to present the background report. 1 Ir. Falk pointed out that Good Samaritan Center has previously attempted to obtain a front yard variance to address physical and operational problems with the current facility at 1415 west County load.B. Mr. Falk pointed out that the city council denied the variance and asked Good Samaritan to re-think their approach to updating the facility. City Planner Falk pointed out that the Good Samaritan Society has now developed an alternative plan to provide an addition to the north and east sides of the north wing of the building.
