The use of consultants is per the approved consultant policy. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPLICATIQN <br /> The co st for the planning lannin services as outlined in detail ' the project prospectus provided by <br /> Brauer a nd Associates including the use of subcontractors is an amount not to exceed $25,350. <br /> Y <br /> Some <br /> additional cost may be needed to complete a more detailed land survey and soil testing of <br /> the mono ert ro . The is proposed to be taken from the Parr and recreation Infrastructure <br /> p F y y <br /> Bond Fund <br /> STAFF RECQMMENDATION <br /> Based on the recommendations of the the Parrs and recreation Commission and the Parks and <br /> Recreation Infrastructure Committee and the Ramsey County Parrs and recreation Department, <br /> e staff recommends that the City of Roseville enter into the proposed agreement with Brauer and <br /> Associates for the development of a master plan for the Waterworks/Cemetery Property. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED Motion authorizing The Parks and Recreation Department to enter into an agreement ith Brauer <br /> n Associates as specified in the proposal entitled} Professional Services Proposal for <br /> and P <br /> Waterworks Park and Natural Resource Area," in the amount not to exceed $25,350 to be take <br /> from the Parr and Recreation Infrastructure Bond Fund. <br />
