County Cost Participation policy <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, by and between the City of Roseville , Minnesota , <br /> a municipal dorporati on, hereinafter referred to as the "City,, " and <br /> Ramsey County* a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota , <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "County" ; <br /> I TNES SETH <br /> WHEREAS , the County and the City desire to. overlay Hamline Avenue <br /> (CSAH 50) between County Road H and County Road H2 and reconstruct <br /> Hamline Avenue between County Road B2 and County Road Co and <br /> WHEREAS, this segment of Hamline Avenue has been designated by <br /> the Minnesota Department of Transportation as eligible for certain <br /> costs from the County State Aid Highway funds; and <br /> WHEREASO, this segment of Hazline Avenue has been designated as <br /> State Aid Project 62-650-05; and <br /> WHEREAS, this subject road segment is located within the City of <br /> Roseville and <br /> WHEREAS, plans for S.Aep, 62-650-05 showing priposed alignment <br /> p.rofiles, grades and cross sections for the improv•1 ment of CSAH 50 <br /> within the limits of the City as a County State Aid Mxghway project <br /> will be presented to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the project includes , in addition to ithe r things , <br /> grading, paving, concrete curb and gutter * storm sewer , traffic signal <br /> revisions, sidewalks turf establishment landscaping, and utility <br /> adjustments and betterments; and <br /> 92015-1 <br />
