If a balance <br /> remains in the Participant's Medial Reimbursement Account for a Plan Year after all <br /> reimbursements under this Benefit Plan,such balance shall not be wed over to reimburse <br /> the Participant for Qualifying Medical or Dental Care Expenses incurred during a <br /> subsequent Plan Year, and shall not be available to the e P art1cipant �n any other form or <br /> manner, but sr hall remain the propel of the Plan, and the Participant shall forfeit all rights <br /> with respect to such balance. <br /> 7#09 Termination of-Benefits, <br /> In the event a Participant ceases to be an Employee of the <br /> City, his parti * ation <br /> p <br /> in the Plan shall continue until the last day of the month irr which his employment <br /> terminated. The Plan shall reimburse any eligible expenses (up to the amount of the <br /> Participant's annual benefit, less prior benefits paid during the Plan Year) that are incurred <br /> during the Plan Year period of participation that ends on the last da y of the month in which <br /> the Participant terminates. However, no reimbursement will be made for any expense <br /> incurred during a period for which the Participant has not paid the required pre�niums <br /> under the Plan.
