5 , The Public Works Department has made the following <br /> recommendations O <br /> a. That sidewalk be provided along Grandview Avenue. <br /> b. That a traffic study be done. <br /> C That a storm sewer study be done to determine i f the <br /> existing storm sewer in Lexington Avenue can handle the <br /> additional runoff. <br /> d. That all curb cuts must be done as per Roseville Is <br /> standards.. <br /> e. That all utility and street work must be done per <br /> Roseville's standards. Any utilities that are turned to <br /> the City must be located in easements. <br /> f* That staff review and approve final landscape plans. <br /> 6. The Planning Commission, at their December 9, 1993 meeting, <br /> considered this request. Because of the change in the meeting <br /> date of the Planning commission meeting, the emotion on this <br /> application will be presented at the December 13 , 1993 meeting. <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> 1F It is staff' s conclusion that while we would recommend <br /> development of the site as a townhouse project, there is <br /> additional information which must be provided to determine if <br /> the project, as proposed, will work on the site without having <br /> adverse effects on -the adjacent streets and neighborhood <br /> Therefore, staff recommends that the City Council continue <br /> consideration of this application until the January 24 , 1994 <br /> City council meeting.
