Recycling Fee A review has been made of the current recycling fee and we are recommending no increase for 1994. Conclusion our goals in reviewing the 1994 proposed rates were (1) to improve the cost covering of the water operations, while absorbing the substantial rate increases of the MC and the St. Paul serer o and paura a and reward water conservation on Water bard during the past several years and (2) to enc g the part of our residents. we feel we can acheive bath of these goals by the changes recommended above. Attached is a copy of the proposed 1994 utility rate schedule will be prepared to resent this proposal for discussion at the November 15} 1993 Council work We wt p P session.
