A sketch plan review is not a formal application for rezoning. Rather, it is <br /> intended to introduce a future development proposal to the Planning Commission <br /> and solicit the Panning Commission's thoughts and reaction to the proposal -in its <br /> preliminary state. By their nature, sketch plan reviews are meant to preliminary <br /> and brief. Amore formal and detailed application that addresses conceriis or issues <br /> raised by the Planning Commission will be forthcoming. <br />
