We should targetlidentify potential mixed use <br /> areas that would have to meet new criteria for diversity. {SR} <br /> There currently is not much undeveloped land in Roseville. <br /> Something will be displaced - what use will it be? (KW) <br /> The school site near Lake Owasso should have other functional <br /> criteria to allow more diversity than single family or townhouse. <br /> (SR) <br /> The is not to met higher density but a mix of uses. Efficient <br /> use means fully meeting the adopted design standards for the <br /> community but no snore.
