Approve the request for the special use permit based an the <br /> finding that the proposal would be consistent with the City's <br /> design standards and would not be detrimental to the area. <br /> Staff Recommendation* <br /> By reducing the size of the building and repositioning it on <br /> Ok <br /> the site, together with changing the building materials to face <br /> brick, the applicants have addressed`*~the concerns and issues <br /> raised at the previous publ is hearing, Therefore. we recommend <br /> approval of the special use permit granting setbacks less than <br /> the SC standards with the following" conditions <br /> a. That the regu i red roadway easement f or County Road B-2 be <br /> dedicated as determined by County and City staff. <br /> b. That a sidewalk be constructed along County Road B-2 and <br /> a pathway easement be dedicated for it* <br /> C* That the landscape and utility plans be approved by City <br /> staff. <br /> Council, Action Requested- <br /> a.
