The new three year period is 1993 <br /> through 1995 and new proposals have been received. <br /> A proposal committee consisting of the <br /> Assistant city Manager <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Administrative Director of Northwest Youth and Family Serv- <br /> ices <br /> Assistant Finance Director . <br /> Finance Director <br /> have reviewed the audit submittals Four proposals were received <br /> with the not to exceed costs for the three year period <br /> ranging from $45,380 to $63,271. In reviewing the proposals, the <br /> best cost submittal did not meet minimum specifications and was <br /> rated lower than the other submittals. <br /> F ial lieations <br /> The proposed costs are contained within the annual budgets and <br /> are within estimates for 1994. In addition, a proportionate <br /> share of the cost will be paid for by the respective funds re- <br /> ceiving Federal monies. <br /> t,icn <br /> After reviewing the proposals, staff is recommending the second <br /> best proposal of $49, 968 submitted by' Side, Helmeke & Co. as <br /> the lowest cost proposal meeting the CityAF s bid requirements. <br /> Cbw=13L JLatlon <br /> Notion accepting the proposal of Mide, Eelmoke & Co. to be the <br /> cityf s outside auditor for the fiscal years of 1993, 1994, 1 and <br /> 1995 at a not to exceed cost of $49F968§ <br />
