The <br /> � <br /> consultant has broken down the issues during the public hearing into <br /> three categoriese These include: <br /> 1. Social, economic, or environmental concerns <br /> 2. specific property owner concerns <br /> 3. Alternatives to be examined <br /> A detailed <br /> ' led summa of findings from the consultant, BRN, is attached. <br /> Written comments were received from several property owners following <br /> the Septemb er 19 9 public hearing. Copies of these are also <br /> , � p <br /> attached* <br /> The council will consider shifting the pathway to the north side of <br /> � <br /> County Road C -from Rice Street to victoria Street. Accordingly, we have <br /> sent o ut a second written notice to all property owners on the north <br /> side of Count y Road C from Rice Street to Victoria Street. <br /> objectives: As noted earlier, the pathway is proposed to be <br /> �alicy <br /> constructed following MnDOT and federal standards in order to qualify <br /> for g federal fundin .
