The third alternative would be to leave the path on the south side
but get a variance from Pale to Cohansey to build a narrower path
8 feet wide and adjacent to the curb. This would minimize greatly
the damage to my property and probably would be acceptable.
However if the federal government does not agree with the variance
and Roseville goes ahead with building a 13 feet path. This would -.
move the embankment 5 feet , which Mr. Doug strong proposes to do by
filling in most -of the east side of my property with dirt* This
would destroy all the trees including many valuable oaks in that
art of any property and disturb all the wildlife along the wetland.
It also would kill most of the trees on the hills in front of m
houses most of which are again oaks .
I would like to request if there is i 13 feet path that a retaining
wall be built instead of filling portion of my property with dirt .
I would also like to request that a wall of my choice be built in
front of the cut hills and that it would be continued on the east
side to the end of any property to avoid accidentai fall down the 40
feet embankment , I also wish to have the stones in front of m
house moved to a place o f my choice
I am concern about snow removal and if the path is located an the
south side I would like to have some agreement in writing that the
snow will be trucked away.
Another concern is liability resulting from people getting injured
on my property if they fall from the path and of the effect that
this would have on my home insurance, I world like to have some
assurance from Roseville that they will assume all responsibility,
Thank you for your time and concern.
Sincerely,
audie Adams
$56 West Co Rd
Roseville, MN
55113
