A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North St. Pawl, Minnesota on April 27, 1992. The attached Council Action Form details project financing and schedules* Policy objectives: city policy requires a project summary sheet, certification from the city engineer verifying that all of the work has been completed in accordance with the glans and specifications, and a► resolution by the council accepting the contract and beginning the one- year warranty. Financial implications: The Mork performed under this contract was part of the 1+992 Pavement Management Program. The cost of this contract will be financed as outlined in the feasibility report presented to council on January 27, 1992.
