CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 34.030 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, WHICH DESIGNATES WHERE ABOVE <br /> GROUND FLAMMABLE LIQUID STORAGE TANKS ARE PERMITTED. <br /> The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> Section 34.030 of the City Code is hereby amended to add the following new <br /> Paragraph C: <br /> C. Not withstanding the limits for above ground storage tanks established <br /> in A and B in this section, such storage tanks in other areas may be <br /> allowed by permit approved by the City Council with the <br /> recommendation of the Fire Marshal subject to conditions imposed by <br /> the City Council on such permit. Such storage tanks shall be designed <br /> to meet all applicable state and federal regulations, shall be located in <br /> rear yards, and shall be screened from eye level view from adjacent <br /> properties and public streets by buildings, landscaping, or by a screen <br /> wail. Screen walls shall be constructed of similar and cornpatible <br /> materials to that of the principle structure. Such permit shall expire <br /> five (5) years after the date of approval. <br /> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> PASSED by the- City Council of the City of Roseville, this day of <br /> 1993. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Manager <br />
