My property <br /> faces South McCarrons and Woodruff borders the rear of the <br /> lot. I have no' access to Woodruff . The rear of mfr lot has a <br /> steep incline and is fenced continuously at the baok of the <br /> lot. My utilities including sewer run to the front of the <br /> lot . I do not use Woodruff for any purpose . Theref ors,* I <br /> believe I should be exempt from the proposed assessments of <br /> $1032 .36 and $504 .45 . I will gladly accept my share of the <br /> burden for imptovemen is to South McCarrons should they take <br /> place at sometime in the future .
