Tho reconatructivn and widening of Bayvicw Drive to the current 32'width <br /> lemens the distance of our home to the roadway which is a negative,bath aestheticaltp as <br /> well as overall property value. If the criteria for an essac=ent is its proposed or perecived <br /> improvement to a prapertp,we f cditeria has not be=met by this improvement,and � <br /> for this reason the sesossment should be considered for abatement. <br /> Secondly, the use nt received was based on a straight per ftont foot bads. Although <br /> we object to this assaumeat in fatal, due to its effect to our property, the formula used did <br /> not talcs into account the Ions triangular shape, not withstmadinS the 2546 rule.
