I <br /> have had, and continue to live with the detrimental impact of the <br /> Ind ianhead site along County C for years in trying to lease my <br /> property on that block . The proposed special use permit would <br /> bring that same blight to Oakc rest,. <br /> In fact, in order to protect my investment in the area, I have <br /> offered to purchase the property and redevelop it in a more <br /> acceptable manner. <br /> I ask the city to turn down this request so that Oakcrest might <br /> continue to improve its curb appeal consistent with this area of <br /> Roseville. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Dan el P.
