I write this letter as it <br /> may not be possible for us to be represented at your meeting on September 27, <br /> Roseville Office Plaza is the three story,,class A,,multi-tenant office property located directly <br /> across the street from 1975 Oakcrest Avenue. we are the corporate headquarters for tree <br /> independent national companies'and three local businesses. our tenants and their clients often <br /> form their perception of Roseville and our businesses from what they see as they approach our <br /> property and what they see from our windows, <br /> Over the last few years:you have made decisions that have guided imprxovement of our <br /> immediate area. We appreciate the improvement and encourage your support of continuing <br /> upgrade as the area evolved from warehouse/ticking to class.A office/retail. <br /> The control over air quality and environmental issues for this project seem dependent on city <br /> code and inspection. our remaining and still primary concern is the unhmited terra of a special <br /> use permit, The upgrades that Interstate and Boyer are proposing are improvements over <br /> existing. However, as Rosedale and its peripherals continue to expand .we do not believe that.a <br /> truck repair operation will remain appropriate for this area into the future. The unlhnitedness of <br /> a sped use perrnit would only complicate any fine desired change. <br /> Our preference would be that you consider a five year inter use permit with a review before <br /> an additional five year permit could be issued.
