<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall on Monday, the 26th day of August, 193~, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley, Johnson, Franke and Kehr; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember ,John!=;on <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7794 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.
