<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Park Construction of Minneapolis is <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of <br /> <br />$1 21 ,850'.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Park Construction for $121,850.00 in <br />the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Kehr <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />All present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
