February 5, 1993 <br />Northwestern C Ilege <br />South Campus Proposal Roseville, Minnesota <br />Sum mary of Neighborhood Meeting <br />A second neighborhood meeting was <br />held on January 20, 1993, at Roseville City <br />Hall to discuss the proposal by College <br />Properties, Incorporated to redevelop the <br />#orn►er Pauls Place and Russell Court <br />properties at Lydia and Snelling Avenues. <br />The area, is shown on Figure 1. The <br />proposed pro}ect would include senior <br />housing, student housing, a motel, and a <br />future College radio studio {no antenna }. <br />CoI2ege Properties is a private, tax - paying <br />development corporation formed by the <br />College. At this latest meeting, <br />infonnation from the previous meeting <br />on January 7 was summarized concerning <br />land use, zoning, and the City approval <br />process. On January 28, new information <br />was presented and discussed. SEH had previously done a traffic stud <br />p � for the City for <br />the area south of the Pauls Place property, including Terrace Drive and Lincoln <br />'lie.
